How It Works

Sit back and wait: you may start thinking who out of your guests can be in charge of managing the camcorder on the day. We recommend a friend or family member from each couple.

3 days before your wedding: your TWR package will arrive, ready to go straight out of the box! We recommend taking it out for a spin to familiarise yourself, and maybe capture some pre-wedding celebrations!
4.
On your wedding day: hand over the camcorder, shot list and accessories to your delegated guests who can be in charge of passing it around. Everything they capture from this moment on will be exactly as intended. Real, joyful, candid!
5.
After your event: simply pack the camcorder and accessories safely into and box they arrived in, using our helpful checklist to ensure you have everything, and ship it back to us on the last day of your rental period using the pre-paid shipping label provided.
6.
Into the edit suite: Once we receive your camcorder and accessories back, we’ll get to work on your edits. These are usually delivered in 3-4 weeks, sometimes sooner!
7.
Yours forever: We’ll send all your edits and raw footage over as a WeTransfer link and we’ll check back in to ensure you’ve downloaded it all safely. Then it’s over to you to relive as many times over as you like!
